With the victory, Boys & Girls upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Kangaroos host Wagner (Staten Island, NY) to play the Falcons in a PSAL AAAA Brooklyn/Staten Island II bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Wagner won 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Erasmus Hall (Brooklyn, NY)

Next up, the Chiefs face the Central Blue Devils (Newark, NJ) in a non-league game, on Sunday, January 7. Canarsie will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Blue Devils enter the game with a 5-3 record after their 76-67 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ).
