Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the College Park Falcons (Pleasant Hill, CA) and the host California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA), saw College Park's basketball squad knock off California by a tally of 45-36.

With the victory, College Park improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to play the Matadors in a Diablo challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Matadors come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Miramonte won 61-40 in their recent non-league challenge against San Rafael (San Rafael, CA)

Next up, the Grizzlies play the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 8. California will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 67-37 non-league win over Antioch (Antioch, CA).
