The Canton Little Giants basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Taylorville Tornadoes to 38 in the Little Giants non-league victory on Saturday.

The Little Giants now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10. Canton will battle a Farmers team coming off a 63-54 non-league loss to Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL). The Farmers record now stands at 7-7.

The Tornadoes (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Effingham (Effingham, IL). The Flaming Hearts come into the Apollo contest with a 2-16 record.
