In Saturday's non-league outing, the Catholic Central Shamrocks (Novi, MI) basketball squad beat the host Davison Cardinals (Davison, MI), by a count of 80-65.

The Shamrocks (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Eaglets go into the Catholic Central outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, St. Mary's Prep defeated De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI), 54-40, in a league outing.

The Cardinals now hold a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Arthur Hill for a Saginaw Valley outing on Friday, January 12.
