The Wapato Wolves (Wapato, WA) basketball crushed the visiting College Place Hawks (College Place, WA), 73-21 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wolves (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Zillah (Zillah, WA). The Leopards go into the 1A South Central - West test with a 11-0 record. In their last test, Zillah walloped Connell (Connell, WA), 82-45, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Naches Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. College Place will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 60-35 non-league loss to Wahluke (Mattawa, WA). The Rangers record now stands at 6-6.
