The Stars (12-5) will now prepare for their test against West (Bakersfield, CA). The Vikings go into the South Yosemite - Mountain test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, West walloped Mira Monte (Bakersfield, CA), 48-43, in a non-league test.

The Scorpions now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Bishop Union for a High Desert test on Tuesday, January 9. Desert will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 61-58 league loss to Rosamond (Rosamond, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 9-4.
