The Edison Tech Inventors basketball team (Rochester, NY), was overwhelmed 88-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Utica Academy of Science Atoms (Utica, NY)
The Atoms now possess a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carthage for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 10. Utica Academy of Science will confront a Comets team coming off a 64-50 non-league loss to Lowville (Lowville, NY). The Comets record now stands at 7-6.
The Inventors (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Eastridge (Rochester, NY). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Eastridge trounced Batavia (Batavia, NY), 70-49, in a league battle.
