The Hatch Bobcats basketball team (Uniontown, AL), was routed 90-55 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host James Clemens Jets (Madison, AL)

The Jets now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Austin for a 7A Area 8 battle on Tuesday, January 9. James Clemens will battle a Black Bears team coming off a 62-41 non-league win over Decatur (Decatur, AL). The Black Bears record now stands at 18-4.

The Bobcats (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Choctaw County (Butler, AL). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Choctaw County was routed by Marengo (Dixons Mills, AL), 57-38, in a league battle.
