Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Haverford can't hold off Penncrest

The Haverford Fords basketball team (Havertown, PA), was nudged 35-30 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Penncrest Lions (Media, PA)
The Lions now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Conestoga for a Central battle on Tuesday, January 9. Penncrest will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 62-30 league win over Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-4.
The Fords (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Radnor (Radnor, PA). The Raptors come into the Central battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Radnor edged Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA), 52-45, in a league battle.
