With the victory, Head-Royce improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Jayhawks travel to Bentley (Lafayette, CA) to play the Phoenix in a Bay Counties - East challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Phoenix come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Bentley lost 56-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Tennyson (Hayward, CA)

Next up, the Knights play the Harker Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a West Bay challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. King's Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 60-50 non-league loss to Westmont (Campbell, CA).
