The William Penn Bearcats (York, PA) basketball nipped the host Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA), 57-56 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bearcats (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA). The Rockets go into the York-Adams 1 test with a 4-4 record.
