In Saturday's non-league outing, the Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ocean Township Spartans (Oakhurst, NJ), by a margin of 68-26.

The Red Devils (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Bridgewater-Raritan (Bridgewater, NJ). The Panthers go into the Skyland - Raritan outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Bridgewater-Raritan was trounced by North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ), 54-52, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lakewood for a Shore C outing on Tuesday, January 9. Ocean Township will encounter a Piners squad coming off a 75-36 non-league loss to Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ). The Piners record now stands at 3-4.
