The Tesoro Titans basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting Laguna Hills Hawks to 32 in the Titans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Titans now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Capistrano Valley for a South Coast contest on Wednesday, January 10. Tesoro will meet a Cougars team coming off a 66-24 non-league loss to Edison (Huntington Beach, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 10-10.
The Hawks (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Warriors enter the Pacific Coast contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Woodbridge was routed by La Habra (La Habra, CA), 52-40, in a non-league contest.
