In Saturday's non-league outing, the Minot Magicians (Minot, ND) basketball squad felled the visiting More Cavaliers (Rapid City, SD), by a margin of 55-44.

The Magicians (10-0) will now prepare for their outing against Dickinson (Dickinson, ND). The Midgets go into the AA West outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Dickinson thwarted Mandan (Mandan, ND), 79-75, in a league outing.

The Cavaliers now own a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Custer for a A Region 8 outing on Thursday, January 11. More will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 44-41 non-league loss to Winner (Winner, SD). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.
