In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Prescott Cardinals basketball team scored a good 64-47 triumph over the Northwestern Tigers.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Ellsworth Panthers (Ellsworth, WI) in a Middle Border match, on Tuesday, January 9. Prescott will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 3-10 record after their 46-45 league loss to Osceola (Osceola, WI).
The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Cameron (Cameron, WI). The Comets come into the Heart O'North battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Cameron was toppled by Ladysmith (Ladysmith, WI), 69-66, in a league battle.
