Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Palmdale Falcons (Palmdale, CA), 69-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rosamond upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Roadrunners host Boron (Boron, CA) to clash with the Bobcats in a High Desert bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Boron lost 50-40 in their recent league bout against Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA) in a Golden bout, on Friday, January 12. Palmdale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record.
