The Savannah Bluejackets basketball team (Savannah, GA), dropped 62-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles (Jacksonville, FL)

The Golden Eagles now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeview for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. Paxon School For Advanced Studies will battle a Panthers team coming off a 85-51 non-league loss to Mandarin (Jacksonville, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-12.

The Bluejackets (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Metter (Metter, GA). The Tigers come into the A D1 Region 3 battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Metter dropped by Islands (Savannah, GA), 49-44, in a non-league battle.
