The Wayne Bulldogs basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Porum Panthers to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Davis for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Wayne will battle a Wolves team coming off a 55-53 non-league loss to Velma-Alma (Velma, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 7-5.
The Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Keota (Keota, OK). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Keota prevailed over Oaks-Mission (Oaks, OK), 63-56, in a non-league contest.
