Illinois High School Basketball - Marian Central Catholic overwhelmed by Christ the King

The Christ the King Gladiators basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Marian Central Catholic Hurricanes to 23 in the Gladiators league victory on Saturday.
The Gladiators now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Latin for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10. Christ the King will battle a Romans team coming off a 42-32 non-league loss to Francis W. Parker (Chicago, IL). The Romans record now stands at 0-1.
The Hurricanes (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
