With the win, Mayfield upgrades its record to 1-7 on the season. The Wildcats host South (Willoughby, OH) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. South won 42-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Cleveland Heights (Cleveland Heights, OH)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Shaker Heights Red Raiders (Shaker Heights, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Euclid will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
