With the victory, Whitesboro upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Smithville (Smithville, OK) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 11-4. Smithville won 57-56 in their recent non-league bout against Moss (Holdenville, OK)

Next up, the Panthers play the Rattan Rams (Rattan, OK) in a McCurtain Six bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Battiest will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 50-22 non-league loss to Caddo (Caddo, OK).
