Nebraska High School Basketball - Kearney can't hold off Beatrice

The Beatrice Orangemen basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Kearney Bearcats to 58 in the Orangemen non-league victory on Saturday.
The Orangemen now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Plattsmouth for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Beatrice will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 64-26 non-league loss to Elkhorn (Elkhorn, NE). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-8.
The Bearcats (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record.
