The East Kentwood Falcons basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Cass Tech Technicians to 47 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.

The Falcons now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jenison for a Ottawa-Kent - Red contest on Tuesday, January 9. East Kentwood will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 45-44 league win over Grandville (Grandville, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-2.

The Technicians (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against King (Detroit, MI). The Crusaders come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record.
