In Saturday's non-league outing, the Evans Eagles (Evans, LA) basketball squad beat the host Singer Hornets (Singer, LA), by a count of 49-33.
The Eagles (9-17) will now prepare for their outing against Ebarb (Noble, LA). The Rebels go into the C District 3 outing with a 3-19 record. In their last outing, Ebarb was topped by Converse (Converse, LA), 57-43, in a non-league outing.
The Hornets now hold a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Starks for a C District 4 outing on Tuesday, January 9.
