The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Buford won 79-23 in their recent league challenge against Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Oak Mountain Eagles (Birmingham, AL) in a 7A Area 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Hewitt-Trussville will attempt to improve on its 17-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-16 record after their 38-34 league loss to Spain Park (Hoover, AL).
