The Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs basketball team (Pennington, NJ), dropped 33-20 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host North Hunterdon Lions (Annandale, NJ)
The Lions now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host The Pingry School for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 9. North Hunterdon will battle a Big Blue team coming off a 64-51 non-league win over Franklin (Somerset, NJ). The Big Blue record now stands at 5-3.
The Bulldogs (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Stuart Country Day (Princeton, NJ). The come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Stuart Country Day prevailed over Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ), 75-45, in a non-league battle.
