With the victory, Maury upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Commodores host Manor (Portsmouth, VA) to play the Mustangs in a Eastern challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Manor lost 45-27 in their recent non-league challenge against Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA)

Next up, the Scotties play the St. Catherine's Saints (Richmond, VA) in a LIS challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. St. Margaret's will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 53-24 non-league loss to Steward (Richmond, VA).
