With the victory, Thornton Academy moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Bangor (Bangor, ME) to face the Rams in a Class A bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Bangor won 1-0 in their recent league bout against St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME)

The Broncos (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against John Bapst Memorial (Bangor, ME). The Crusaders come into the Class B North battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, John Bapst Memorial was edged by North Haven (North Haven, CT), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
