With the victory, Christ Church Episcopal upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Brashier Middle College Charter (Simpsonville, SC) to confront the Bengal in a battle on Tuesday, January 9. The Bengal come into the battle with a record of 1-0.

The Hurricanes (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Southside (Greenville, SC). The Tigers come into the battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Southside edged Palmetto (Williamston, SC), 54-44, in a non-league battle.
