Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA) and the host Columbia Coyotes (Burbank, WA), saw Northwest Christian School's basketball squad hold off Columbia by a tally of 48-42.

With the victory, Northwest Christian School improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to St. George's (Spokane, WA) to confront the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 8. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. St. George's lost 44-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Colfax (Colfax, WA)

Next up, the Coyotes confront the Tri-Cities Prep Jaguars (Pasco, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Columbia will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 39-37 non-league win over Walla Walla Valley Academy (College Place, WA).
