In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Granada Matadors soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons.
The Matadors (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Falcons come into the East Bay battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Foothill was nudged by Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
The Dragons (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Berkeley (Berkeley, CA). The Yellowjackets come into the West Alameda County - Foothill battle with a 10-0 record. In their last battle, Berkeley nudged Hayward (Hayward, CA), 8-1, in a league battle.
