The Linden Tigers defeated the host Franklin Warriors basketball squad by a final score of 65-52 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Westfield Blue Devils (Westfield, NJ) in a Mountain Valley - Mountain outing, on Thursday, January 9. Linden will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.

The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ). The Raiders come into the Skyland - Delaware outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Hillsborough went down by Gill St. Bernard's (Gladstone, NJ), 55-46, in a league outing.
