In Monday's non-league contest, the host Pine Raiders basketball team scored a big 72-39 win over the Loranger Wolves.
The Raiders (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, St. Martin's Episcopal smashed Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA), 46-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Springfield Bulldogs (Springfield, LA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 8. Loranger will attempt to better on its 9-19 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 18-12 record after their 69-42 non-league win over Amite (Amite, LA).
