The Kuemper Knights basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Nodaway Valley Wolverines to 53 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Knights now have a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Red Oak for a Hawkeye Ten game on Thursday, January 9. Kuemper will confront a Tigers team coming off a 64-33 league loss to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-7.
