The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA) and the visiting Northwest Webster Cougars (Manson, IA), observed Ridge View's basketball team knock off Northwest Webster by a score of 63-43.
The Raptors (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA). The Rebels enter the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Sioux Central knocked off Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA), 68-51, in a league battle.
The Cougars now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire for a Twin Lakes contest on Friday, January 10.
