In Monday's non-league contest, the host Rio Rancho Rams basketball team scored a big 78-55 triumph over the Albuquerque Bulldogs.
The Rams (8-0) will now prepare for their contest against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, West Mesa smashed Clovis (Clovis, NM), 47-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 13. Albuquerque will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Monarchs go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 84-44 non-league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
