The Duncan Wildkats basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Superior Panthers to 44 in the Wildkats non-league victory on Friday.
The Wildkats now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Immaculate Heart for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 11. Duncan will battle a Knights team coming off a 59-51 non-league loss to Ray (Kearny, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.
The Panthers (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cicero Prep Academy (Scottsdale, AZ). The Centurions come into the 1A East contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Cicero Prep Academy was defeated by Lincoln Prep (Chandler, AZ), 61-46, in a league contest.
