The Lewis Central Titans basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Clarinda Cardinals to 26 in the Titans league victory on Friday.
The Titans now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Creston for a Hawkeye Ten contest on Friday, January 14. Lewis Central will battle a Panthers team coming off a 55-54 league loss to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-6.
The Cardinals (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Atlantic (Atlantic, IA). The Trojans come into the Hawkeye Ten contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Atlantic prevailed over Kuemper (Carroll, IA), 57-24, in a league contest.
