Lincoln Patriots (Sioux Falls, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD), 78-58 in a league bout.
With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Huron (Huron, SD) to clash with the Tigers in a AA bout on Friday, January 13. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Watertown Arrows (Watertown, SD) in a AA bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Aberdeen Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Arrows go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 62-50 league loss to Brandon Valley (Brandon, SD).
