The Alden-Conger Knights basketball team (Alden, MN), was overwhelmed 84-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host United South Central Rebels (Wells, MN)
The Rebels now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maple River for a AA Section 2 battle on Tuesday, January 10. United South Central will battle a Eagles team coming off a 67-41 non-league win over Chatfield (Chatfield, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 11-1.
The Knights (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Wabasha-Kellogg was overwhelmed by Caledonia (Caledonia, MN), 90-56, in a non-league battle.
