North Carolina High School Basketball - Wilson Prep ripped by Apex Friendship

The Apex Friendship Patriots basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Wilson Prep Tigers to 41 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Patriots now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middle Creek for a 4A Conference 29 contest on Tuesday, January 10. Apex Friendship will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 56-55 league loss to Apex (Apex, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-10.

The Tigers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC). The Trojans enter the 1A Conference 9 contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Southeast Halifax was routed by Washington County (Plymouth, NC), 85-40, in a non-league contest.
