The Platte Canyon Huskies basketball team (Bailey, CO), was nudged 61-60 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Arvada Bulldogs (Arvada, CO)

The Bulldogs now possess a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Middle Park for a 4A Frontier battle on Tuesday, January 10. Arvada will confront a Panthers team coming off a 68-63 league win over Bruce Randolph (Denver, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 5-4.

The Huskies (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO). The Generals come into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Arrupe Jesuit was nudged by Lincoln (Denver, CO), 63-29, in a non-league battle.
