The Bakersfield Christian Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Crespi Celts to 48 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bakersfield for a South Yosemite - Valley contest on Tuesday, January 10. Bakersfield Christian will battle a Drillers team coming off a 70-45 non-league loss to Milwaukie Academy of the Arts (Milwaukie, OR). The Drillers record now stands at 3-14.

The Celts (15-5) will now prepare for their contest against Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA). The Wolverines come into the Mission contest with a 18-1 record. In their last contest, Harvard-Westlake prevailed over Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA), 74-66, in a non-league contest.
