The Tigers now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson County for a non-league battle on Friday, January 13. Barbourville will battle a Generals team coming off a 62-58 non-league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, KY). The Generals record now stands at 9-4.

The Mountaineers (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Clay County (Manchester, KY). The Tigers come into the District 49 battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Clay County was overwhelmed by Harlan County (Harlan, KY), 85-71, in a non-league battle.
