The Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY) basketball knocked off the host Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY), 50-41 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Trojans (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Monroe County (Tompkinsville, KY). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Monroe County notched a victory over Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY), 46-36, in a non-league test.
The now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Hancock County for a non-league test on Monday, January 9. Muhlenberg County will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 69-62 non-league loss to Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY). The Hornets record now stands at 8-7.
