The Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) basketball nipped the visiting Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY), 61-55 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their test against St. Henry (Erlanger, KY). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 5-7 record.
The Bluejackets now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Harrison County for a District 38 test on Saturday, January 14.
