Kansas High School Basketball - Blue Valley North winner over Center

January 7, 2023: Overland Park, KS 66209

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Blue Valley North Mustangs (Overland Park, KS) basketball squad felled the visiting Center Yellowjackets (Kansas City, MO), by a margin of 52-42.

The Mustangs (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Blue Springs South (Blue Springs, MO). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Blue Springs South was beaten by Lee's Summit West (Lee's Summit, MO), 54-38, in a league outing.

The Yellowjackets now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cristo Rey Kansas City for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 10. Center will encounter a Pumas squad coming off a 68-22 league loss to Midland Adventist Academy (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Pumas record now stands at 0-2.
