The Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) basketball crushed the visiting St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA), 77-53 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wolves (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA). The Hawks go into the AAAAAAA Region 8 test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Mill Creek walloped Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA), 48-45, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host The Weber School for a A D1 Region 6B test on Tuesday, January 10. St. Francis will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 52-41 non-league loss to Valor Christian (Alpharetta, GA). The Rams record now stands at 3-7.
