Georgia High School Basketball - Cedar Shoals knocked off by Tucker

The Tucker Tigers basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Cedar Shoals Jaguars to 56 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lithonia for a AAAAA Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 10. Tucker will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-51 league win over Decatur (Decatur, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-3.
The Jaguars (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Madison County (Danielsville, GA). The Red Raiders enter the AAAA Region 8B contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Madison County ran past Stephens County (Toccoa, GA), 64-62, in a non-league contest.
