In Saturday's non-league outing, the Oakridge Warriors (Oakridge, OR) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Eddyville Eagles (Eddyville, OR), by a count of 59-24.

The Eagles now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Mohawk for a 1A Mountain West outing on Tuesday, January 10. Eddyville will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 38-33 league win over Alsea (Alsea, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-3.
